On the day Coordination
The day of your wedding will need set up, organisation of the suppliers, upkeep during the ceremony and reception, then cleanup afterwards.
You do not want to be worrying about this on your wedding day. You want to be dancing with your new spouse rather than going table to table relighting candles or finding the little girl on table 5 some more crayons.
A wedding planner on the day will do all this for you and more - supervise setup, manage everything during the ceremony and reception, then help with the cleanup afterwards while you enjoy the day you've been looking forward to for months.
Final 3 month push
The final 3 months before the wedding are the most crucial. The suppliers need to know where they're going, what they're supplying and when they need to have it there. The deposits need keeping track of, dress fittings and final touches need to be booked and managed, all while you're trying not to worry and get a decent night's sleep.
We can take that stress away.
You'll be reminded of when things need to be done in good time beforehand, given a copy of your regular schedule we can book fittings around you as and when you need them and anything else you could require - let us sort the finer details.
Full Event Planning and coordination
If you need or want help planning all or part of your day, your planner can help you sift through mountains of suppliers to get you what you want at the best prices, take on the deadlines of when things need to be done by - bookings, deposits and appointments, handle the RSVP's to your invitations, work with you to place everything you want in your venue to use the space provided in the most effective way and finally be there on the day to make sure everything goes as you want it to without any problems.
This will take a lot of stress off of your shoulders and you will be able to enjoy planning and setting up your wedding without the hassles that come with it.
If you only need some help, not all of it, this can be discussed at your initial meeting.

Supplier search
Whether you only need sashes for your chairs or you need everything from a dance floor to martini glasses, we will track down the best prices of the things you need without you having to chase anybody so you can enjoy your planning experience.
RSVP Management
We can manage your guests' responses for you when they are returned - simply get them to fill in the RSVP form on this website and we will keep you and the relevant suppliers updated on how many of your guests will be in attendance.
